Raidlands 10X Privacy Policy

This policy explains the practical data handled by the Raidlands 10X website, Rust server, Discord, support workflows, and account systems.

Data We May Collect

Raidlands may collect website usage events, connect button clicks, copied command events, Steam account details, Discord account details, support ticket details, and moderation records when you use those systems.

Connected Accounts

Steam connection may store your Steam account ID, display name, avatar, and profile link. Discord connection may store your Discord user ID, username, avatar, server membership, Raidlands-managed role state, synchronization history, and when it was connected. OAuth access tokens are used during connection and are not retained after the callback.

Analytics

The website uses first-party analytics to record page views, server interest, join and copied-command actions, Discord clicks, checkout starts, confirmed purchases, campaign tags, referring website hostnames, and where a call-to-action appeared. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database. A one-way anonymous visitor hash rotates daily, while campaign attribution and a random session identifier last for the current browser session. Detailed analytics events are retained for the configured reporting period, currently up to 395 days. When you are signed in with Steam, Raidlands may also store first-party browser diagnostics for loader and animation troubleshooting, including page path, viewport size, reduced-motion status, mobile performance mode, loader state, user agent, and timing/error signals. No third-party analytics provider receives these events.

Support and Moderation

Reports, appeals, and tickets may include account identifiers, messages, screenshots, timestamps, and staff decisions. These records help enforce server rules and handle appeals.
